Combining her extensive design experience with her background as a painter, Alice creates imaginative and relaxed interiors. Whilst the overall aesthetic is often quite traditional, it’s imbued with an easy, lived-in charm.

The studio only works on a small number of projects at any given time, so Alice can offer a very focussed and personal service. She is as happy advising on the redecoration of a single room as on the design, build and installation of a large-scale project. Based in London, she has worked on projects as far afield as Cuba to the Cotswolds.

Alice regularly supports renowned designer Christopher Hodsoll, on larger projects, in his inimitable opulent and relaxed style. As seen in House & Garden magazine. In 2023 they opened a shop on Portobello Road described by TAT London as ‘a Stately Junkshop’ selling a mixture of antiques, modern furniture and a cabinet of curiosities.

As an Expert Speaker and Tutor at KLC School of Design, her talent lies in being able to quickly and sensitivley interpret ideas. Whether helping students or working with clients, Alice believes the pleasure of a project is taking the first kernel of inspiration into a creative and practical scheme.
